Delicious easy breakfast

Ingredients:

a half mango

1 frozen banana

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1 cup almond-rice milk

cinnamon

Health benefits:

Mango prevents cancer, lowers cholesterol, clears the skin, provides vitamin A which is good for eye health and it alkalizes the whole body. Furthermore mango improves sex which is why it is a good source of vitamin E. Mango improves digestion and boosts the immune system.

Banana is named as the world´s healthiest foods. One of the strong reason to eat banana is that it helps to build strong bones. Banana makes you smarter and helps with learning by making you more alert. Banana stabilizes blood sugar and reduces nausea from morning skickness. Furthermore it even can help you to quit smoking because it contains high levels of B-vitamins as well as potassium to speed recovery from the effects of withdrawel.

Chia seeds provide a high amount af antioxidants. Those fight the production of free radicals (free radicals occure from stress and junk food which contribute to ageing). Chia seeds contain a decent amount of protein and they are high in omega-3 acids (more than in salmon).

Almonds have a remarkably high amount of magnesium. This helps to lower blood pressure levels. Also, eating almonds reduces hunger which lowers your overall calorie intake.

Rice helps you with lowering your cholesterol levels making your heart even healthier. It contains a lot of carbohydrates that give our bodies the energy we need during the day.

Cinnamon is anti-bacterial and decreases your frustration when you are behind the wheel. It also reduces depression.

Method:

Blend the banana, almond-rice milk and chia seeds together. Top the smooth ice cream with mango and cinnamon. Done.
